If you've ever wished for a therapist who understands your experience — not just clinically, but culturally — that's exactly why I do this work. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a fit.
How I Work
I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, matched to what you actually need. I also work from a feminist, humanistic perspective — meaning open, honest conversation with no jargon and no judgment.
You're the expert in your own life. I bring the clinical tools and the experience to help you get where you want to go. That's the partnership. You can read more about the issues I write about, including signs of unresolved trauma.
What Drives Me
I've watched people who thought they'd never feel okay again build lives they're genuinely proud of. That work is why I pursued my PhD, why I teach the next generation of therapists, and why I conduct immigration and trauma evaluations. Growth doesn't stop at the therapy room door — and if you're in crisis right now, please use the free crisis resources on our resources page.
