1.Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Healing Trauma Services, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Healing Trauma Services," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the website at traumatherapylv.com (the "Site").
By accessing the Site, browsing any page, or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not submit any contact form on the Site if you are under 18.
2.Nature of the site & scope
2.1 The Site is a marketing website only
The Site exists to introduce prospective clients to the Practice and to share general educational information about trauma, mental health, and related topics. The Site does not provide therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, supervision, or any other clinical service.
2.2 Educational content only
Articles, blog posts, resource pages, and other content on the Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for individualized professional advice, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed mental health, medical, or legal professional. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional care because of something you read on the Site.
2.3 No therapist–client relationship is formed by use of the Site
Browsing the Site, sending a contact-form message, requesting a consultation, scheduling a consultation, or having a brief introductory call does not, by itself, create a therapist–client, professional, fiduciary, or treatment relationship between you and Liz Carrasco, LCSW or the Practice. A clinical relationship is established only after (a) a separate intake process is completed, (b) a written informed-consent and treatment agreement is signed by both parties, and (c) services are formally accepted by the Practice in writing.
3.Licensure & geographic scope
The availability of the Site in any other state, territory, or country does not constitute (i) the practice of clinical social work in that jurisdiction, (ii) an offer to provide services in that jurisdiction, (iii) a representation that Ms. Carrasco is licensed in that jurisdiction, or (iv) a solicitation of clients in any jurisdiction in which providing such services would violate applicable licensure or other law. If you are located outside Nevada or Utah and would like a referral to a licensed provider in your jurisdiction, please consult Psychology Today, your insurance provider's directory, or another reputable referral source.
4.Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, audio, video, downloadable materials, the visual design, and the underlying code — is the property of Healing Trauma Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Healing Trauma Services, LLC. All rights reserved.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Site content;
- Republish Site content on any other website, application, social media account, newsletter, podcast, training, course, or printed material;
- Use Site content (including text, photos, brand marks, or testimonials, if any) to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model or artificial-intelligence system;
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, headless browser, or other automated means to access, index, harvest, or copy any portion of the Site beyond what is permitted by our published
robots.txt; or - Mirror or frame any portion of the Site or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
"Healing Trauma Services" and the Site's word marks, logos, and visual identity are trademarks of Healing Trauma Services, LLC. All other trademarks referenced on the Site (including those of Rula, SonderMind, Google, jsDelivr, and cdnjs) are the property of their respective owners.
5.Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purpose. You will not, and will not attempt to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or professional rule;
- Submit any false, misleading, impersonating, or fraudulent information;
- Submit personal information, health information, or any other data about a third party without that person's authorization;
- Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or send abusive, obscene, or hateful communications to Liz Carrasco or anyone associated with the Practice through any form, email, phone, or other channel originating from the Site;
- Use the Site or any contact obtained through the Site to solicit business from, recruit, or interfere with the Practice's clients, referral sources, or staff;
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, marketing pitches, "guest post" pitches, link-building outreach, SEO offers, or other spam;
- Upload or transmit any virus, worm, malware, or harmful code, or attempt to probe, scan, exploit, or test the vulnerability of the Site, its server, or its underlying infrastructure;
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or with any other user's access to it (including by submitting an unreasonable volume of form submissions or by attempting to overload, denial-of-service, or rate-abuse the Site);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software made available through the Site (other than viewing client-side HTML/CSS/JS as it is delivered to your browser); or
- Use any automated scraping, crawling, or data-harvesting tool beyond the access permitted by our
robots.txt, or otherwise extract data in a manner that exceeds the limited license granted in Section 4.
6.No emergency use
If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency, are in danger of harming yourself or others, or believe you may be in physical danger, please use one of the following immediately:
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988 (United States, 24/7, free)

For non-emergency inquiries submitted through the Site, our typical response time is within two (2) business days. Response times are not guaranteed and may be longer due to scheduling, leave, holidays, illness, or other operational reasons.
7.Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites, applications, and services that are not owned or controlled by us, including but not limited to Rula (booking and clinical operations), SonderMind (alternative booking platform), crisis hotlines and government resources, professional directories, and the public CDNs that serve fonts and JavaScript libraries (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs). These links are provided for your convenience only.
We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, security, accuracy, privacy practices, terms of use, or availability of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy. We have no obligation to monitor third-party sites and reserve the right to remove or update any link at any time, with or without notice.
8.Disclaimer of warranties
The Site, its content, and any services or information accessed through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healing Trauma Services and its officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors disclaim all warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, and any warranty arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful code, or that any defect will be corrected. Information on the Site may become outdated; we are not obligated to update it. Always verify clinical, medical, or legal information with a licensed professional before relying on it.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Healing Trauma Services, LLC or any of its members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost goodwill, lost data, emotional distress, personal injury, or substitute goods or services, arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site, even if Healing Trauma Services has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) on which the claim is based.
In any event, the aggregate liability of Healing Trauma Services to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or (b) the total amount you have paid to Healing Trauma Services for use of the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that the Site is provided to you free of charge and that this cap reflects the bargained-for allocation of risk between the parties.
Healing Trauma Services has no liability for the acts, omissions, content, products, or services of any third party referenced or linked from the Site, including without limitation Rula, SonderMind, Formspree, Google, jsDelivr, cdnjs, or any hosting or CDN provider.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties. To the extent that applicable law does not permit any of the exclusions or limitations in this Section 9 or in Section 8, those provisions will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healing Trauma Services, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party (including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights); (d) any content or information you submit to the Site; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
11.Termination
We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time and for any reason, including if we believe (in our sole judgment) that you have violated these Terms or have engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, to other users, or to third parties. We may also block any IP address, email address, or phone number that has been used to submit abusive, automated, or unlawful communications.
Sections 4 (Intellectual property), 8 (Disclaimer of warranties), 9 (Limitation of liability), 10 (Indemnification), 12 (Disputes), and 13 (General provisions), together with any other provision that by its nature should survive, will survive any termination of these Terms.
12.Disputes, governing law & class waiver
12.1 Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
12.2 Informal resolution & mandatory pre-litigation mediation
Before filing any lawsuit, you and we agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute is sent to htslasvegas@gmail.com. If the dispute is not resolved within those 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation in Las Vegas, Nevada (or by videoconference, by mutual agreement) before a neutral mediator selected by mutual agreement. Each party will bear its own fees and costs and will share the mediator's fees equally. Completion of mediation is a condition precedent to filing any lawsuit, except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property.
12.3 Exclusive forum
Subject to Section 12.2, you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
12.4 Class action waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator or court may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is held to be unenforceable in any respect, then the entirety of Section 12 will be null and void, but the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.
12.5 Time limit on claims
Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred, except where applicable law prohibits a shorter limitations period than that allowed by statute.
13.General provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healing Trauma Services regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and proposals (oral or written) concerning the Site.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Healing Trauma Services.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is null and void. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Force majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, public-health emergencies, labor disputes, internet or utility outages, or third-party service failures.
Relationship of the parties. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Healing Trauma Services.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
14.Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. By continuing to use the Site after a revised version becomes effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
